Why use Colour Mill Oil? Colour Mill oil is an oil based colorant that you would mix into melted chocolate, candy melts and other oil based products like frosting. Different than edible paint, Colour Mill oil is mixed into chocolate to color before dipping cake pops. Whereas edible paint such as Poppy Paint or Paint Powder, would be applied on top of dried chocolate for finer details.
