We do pack these very secure but due to the fragile nature of the cones there may be breakages that are not necessarily due to shipping. We do not refund entire box if some cones are broken. We will not replace box if a few cones are damaged. The only way we will replace this item is if it extremely damaged and we deem this item to have no value. Refund or replacement is judged on a per order basis. Please plan accordingly.
